  • Aprašymas: The Great Fanouris is head of a traveling act. Fanouris, his two children, Marina and Kotsos, and a clown named Babou, move around Greece and perform in small villages. In one of those villages, they notice that every night, among the crowd is a blind girl, Ntora, a visitor to the village, who becomes friends with Kotsos. But Petros, a local guy and medical student, falls in love with Ntora and asks her parents for her hand. There he finds out that Ntora had been adopted by them sixteen years ago, after she lost both her parents in a car accident that also claimed her sight. Ntora hears all this and, in shock, runs away and joins Fanouris’ act. Her parents notify the police and very soon spot her but decide not to take her away when they see her playing happily with the other kids. They keep watching her discretely, and when they realize that Fanouris is very hard pressed for money, they step in to help him out and finance his children’s education. As for Petros, he is still devoted to Ntora and determined to marry her and help her see again.
